Curators of the new Addison Gallery exhibition, A Long Arc: Photography and the American South since 1845, will provide a virtual tour of the exhibition.

The first major survey of Southern photography in 25 years, A Long Arc examines the South’s place in the history of photography and reveals the region’s critical impact on the evolution of the medium.

The exhibition is on view at the Addison Gallery of American Art through July 31, 2024.

Join Gregory Harris, Keough Family Curator of Photography from the High Museum, Atlanta, and Sarah Kennel, Aaron Siskind Curator of Photography and Director of the Raysor Center, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, for a virtual tour and discussion of the exhibition.

A video recording of the program will be available online about a week after the presentation.
