Join us for a virtual series of mindfulness and meditation practices on Friday afternoons.

Practice clearing your mind, being in the present moment and reducing stress in this 30-minute class. Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher Lauren Masse. Learn how to practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body. Lauren will focus on a different type of meditation for each session.

The series runs on three Fridays in August -- August 2 (Mindfulness Practice: Daily Tools & Meditation), August 9 (Loving Kindness & Letting Go), and August 16 (Movement Meditation)

Lauren Masse is dedicated and committed to supporting others in their mental and physical wellness journeys. She studied Psychology and Public Health at UMass Amherst, and has a Master’s of Public Health from Boston University. She is a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is the founder of Bright Heart Coaching and offers mindfulness classes and private coaching.

Registration is for all three sessions. Pick and choose which ones to attend or join us for all three.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Presented in collaboration with the Chelmsford Library and the Tewksbury Library.

This program will be recorded. All registrants will receive the recording via email within 48 hours of the program.
