Lauren Masse is the founder of Bright Heart Coaching and offers mindfulness classes and private coaching.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of Memorial Hall Library and is in partnership with the Tewksbury Public Library. 

The session will be recorded. The recording will be available to everyone who registers through the month of May.
