Zen Meditation
Tuesday, January 12
10:00am - 11:30am
Memorial Hall Library
Memorial HallJoin us for a monthly Zen Meditation session.
Zen Meditation, with an unbroken lineage of over 2500 years since Buddha Shakyamuni, is beyond any religion, nondenominational, and can benefit anybody with any background. It can help you to stay present, get recharged, heal your body, clear your mind, discover your inner peace and joy, reconnect with your wisdom, and eventually witness your true nature.
Each month we hold a 90-minute Zen Meditation session focusing on a specific topic or aspect of meditation. These sessions are designed for participants who have some familiarity with the practice of Zen Meditation, but beginners are welcome.
These sessions will be led by Yihui Qiu (Sunny) who has been practicing Zen Meditation since 2014, and started sharing and coaching Zen Meditation in 2024. She has experience as a research scientist with an EE PhD from MIT, but now mainly works with children as a MA EEC certified early childhood educator.
Space is limited. Please register.
