Find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren Masse, for a 30 minute meditation class. Register once for all three sessions.

We're pleased to welcome back Lauren Masse, mindfulness and meditation teacher and founder of Mindful Minis Boston. Lauren will lead a different meditation each week and share ways you can practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body. Each session will be recorded.

The session topics will be:

Monday, 9/13 - Deep breathing & muscle relaxation
Monday, 9/20 - Movement Meditation
Monday, 9/27 - Loving Kindness Meditation

The series is hosted by Memorial Hall Library in collaboration with Tewksbury Public Library.

Lauren Masse is dedicated and committed to supporting others in their mental and physical wellness journeys. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Public Health from UMass Amherst, and her Master’s of Public Health from Boston University, where she focused on the health effects of chemicals and pollutants. She later became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Founder of Mindful Minis Boston, Lauren offers mindfulness classes for kids and works with parents to incorporate beneficial mental health strategies into their home.
