Practice clearing your mind, being in the present moment and reducing stress in this 30-minute class.

Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren Masse in this Zoom webinar. Learn how to practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body. Lauren will focus on a different type of meditation for each session. Sessions are recorded and made available on Memorial Hall Library's website.

The series runs on Mondays, 1/3, 1/10, 1/24, & 1/31 at 7:30pm. The topics are:

1/3/22 - Breathing with Nature (An imaginative guided meditation where we explore nature in our mind's eye and breathe along with the elements to promote relaxation and release).

1/10/22 - Mindfulness Meditation

1/24/22 - Movement Meditation

1/31/22 - Chakra Meditation (Chakra Meditation is made up of relaxation techniques focused on bringing balance and well-being to the seven chakras (centers of energy and spiritual power in the body).

Lauren Masse is dedicated and committed to supporting others in their mental and physical wellness journeys. She studied Psychology and Public Health at UMass Amherst, and has a Master’s of Public Health from Boston University. She is a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She founded Mindful Minis Boston in 2018 and offers mindfulness classes and private coaching for kids.

This series is hosted by Memorial Hall Library in partnership with Tewksbury Public Library.
