Join us for an exciting opportunity for teens in grades 6 through 12 to earn some volunteer hours with TAB and also make a fun event for kids!
After the library closes Teen Services Librarians and teen volunteers will create some fun for younger patrons' stuffed animals. We will be posing the stuffed animals reading books, exploring the building, and other fun library activities. Then we will work on a slideshow for a Children's Librarian to show to the kids the next morning at a story time.
Pizza and snacks will be provided and volunteer letters will be sent to each teen participant after the event.
Registration and a permission slip is required to attend. Membership in TAB (Teen Advisory Board) is not required to attend but teens interested in volunteering are encouraged to join TAB.
