Carl Mellin is an Andover resident and accomplished local baker who has been baking bread for 45 years. He teaches small bread classes from his home which is certified as a commercial kitchen. He will share some of the tips he has picked up from classes with King Arthur Flour, as well as the Bread Bakers Guild of America, and the annual Maine Grains Kneading Conference in Skowhegan, ME.
