Dungeons & Dragons for Kids
Intro & Info Session
Tuesday, September 08
5:30pm - 6:30pm
Memorial Hall Library
Activity RoomWant to learn more about D&D? Drop in for an intro session to learn how to make a character and ask any questions - open to kids in grades 3-5 and their caregivers!
Groups usually meet for a "Session 0" before starting a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, which allows the players and the Dungeon Master (DM) time to go over a story's setting, talk about their characters and build on their backstories, get a feel for how they might want to play the game, and go over any important rules or expectations. If you're signed up for D&D for Kids this fall and want help building your character, or if you want to learn more about D&D and potentially sign up for a group, stop by the Activity Room to talk to Olly!
If you'd like to learn more, but can't attend this intro session, you can send an email to Olly at omcintyre@mhl.org for information on D&D for Kids at the library, and you can check out a short slideshow about D&D by clicking here!
