Please join us for an in depth conversation and Q&A session with funeral director and former funeral home owner, Rick Dewhirst.

We all plan for numerous events – weddings, anniversaries, vacations, the start of the school year, and more, but planning for funerals doesn’t often make that list. Many of us have wishes and ideas about what we’d like to have happen when we die, but few of us act on developing plans and resources for that inevitable event.

After leaving the traditional model of reactive funeral care, Rick Dewhirst embarked on a more proactive form of funeral education and practice – one that can help individuals, couples, and organizations with navigating the often confusing and emotionally laden world of funeral planning. His goal and the purpose of this presentation is to help illuminate the many options and choices we all have and to ease the process and often difficult experience of providing ourselves and loved ones a meaningful, sensible, and cost effective funeral plan.

This program is part of a quarterly program, developed by Andover resident, Richard Davis, titled ‘You’ve Been Dying To Know About …’.
