Our views on grieving have a profound impact on how we navigate the losses in our lives.
Many of us are grieving a range of losses: the passing of family or friends, transitions in our community, or major life changes.
Join this conversation moderated by Michele Bograd, a certified end-of-life doula and psychologist, to explore your thoughts and feelings about such questions as: What are you grieving? How have you felt accompanied or isolated in your grief? What messages have you gotten about the “right” way to grieve? What do we learn socially and culturally that influences how we support and care for others as they grieve?
Through these conversations, the goal is to enrich our own experiences of loss and to think creatively about how we can more deeply support one another as we grieve.
Michele Bograd, Ph.D., is an end-of-life doula and psychologist. She was the first end-of-life doula at Tufts Medical Care at Home.
This program will be recorded. A link to the recording will be shared with everyone who registers.
