Intro to Ecological Forest Management in Andover Forests

Forests in New England are managed for a wide range of values and as a result foresters and natural resources managers have developed a variety of strategies for managing forests.

In this presentation, Andover Conservation Land Manager Mike Murray will discuss one in particular which focuses on restoring and enhancing native ecosystems: ecological forestry. We will look at different methods for managing forests and the way some of these methods have been, and continued to be, applied to Andover Conservation Land.
