Join us for an introduction to Zen Meditation.
Zen Meditation, with an unbroken lineage of over 2500 years since Buddha Shakyamuni, is beyond any religion, nondenominational, and can benefit anybody with any background. It can help you to stay present, get recharged, heal your body, clear your mind, discover your inner peace and joy, reconnect with your wisdom, and eventually witness your true nature.
These one-hour introductory lessons of Zen Meditation will include:
These sessions will be led by Yihui Qiu (Sunny) who has been practicing Zen Meditation since 2014, and started sharing and coaching Zen Meditation in 2024. She has experience as a research scientist with an EE PhD from MIT, but now mainly works with children as a MA EEC certified early childhood educator.
Join us on Saturday, May 9th and Saturday, May 30th. Attendance at both sessions is recommended, but not required.
